Communication and Boundaries

Voxer/WhatsApp: Intended for "in-the-moment" grounding and integration support. Responses will be provided within 24 hours during standard business hours (9AM - 5PM) Arizona time.

Zoom: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling Zoom sessions. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.

The Fine Print

Due to the deep nature of Spiritual Coaching, a minimum commitment of three (3) months is required to begin. This foundation provides the dedicated space needed to cultivate trust, integrate meaningful practicies and build sustainable momentum. After this initial three month period, this Agreement will automatically transition to a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the ongoing agreement with a 14-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

The State of Arizona does not regulate or license the practice of Coaching. I, Beth Ann Kaib, am a Shamanic Practitioner. I am not a medical or mental health professional and am not licensed to diagnose, prescribe treatment or treat mental or physical disorders. I aid, guide and instruct individuals in nervous system regulation and self-care techniques to achieve goals specified by my clients or their doctors. (copy)

The use of Spiritual Coaching is completely voluntary and should be considered a complementary practice when it is being used to achieve goals that relate directly or indirectly to any physical or mental health concern. When engaging in any complementary practice to treatment you may be receiving from a licensed medical or mental health professional, you should advise those professionals of your intent to utilize coaching services. It is also advised that you authorize such providers to communicate with me regarding any concerns they may have relevant to the application of our practices.

My practice of Spiritual Coaching is client-centered and based entirely on information provided by the client. The efficacy of Spiritual Coaching relies on honesty. As a complementary practice, Spiritual Coaching relies on your desire for and commitment to bringing about the changes you have specified. This may mean supplementing our sessions with the practice of self-care (instruction provided), listening to recordings, record-keeping or other activities.

As a Spiritual Coaching practitioner, I reserve the right to postpone, suspend or terminate our professional relationship if I believe you, the client, would be better served by another professional, need to consult with a licensed medical or mental health professional or if I believe that our work together has otherwise been rendered ineffective.

Confidentiality

The relationship between a Spiritual Coach and client does not allow protection or privilege in the eyes of the law. I voluntarily undertake to keep the purpose, content and records of our meetings confidential unless otherwise required by law, either through subpoena or statute. I am legally and/or ethically obligated to report threats of violence to oneself or others, physical, sexual, emotional, fiduciary abuse or detrimental neglect of children, elders or other vulnerable individuals. I am also obliged to report crimes, the knowledge of which, would imply complicity or accessory after the fact.

Fees

Payment is required in full to secure your booking. You may reschedule without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice, provided all sessions are used before the applicable expiration date. Late reschedules (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows are non-refundable: the scheduled session is forfeited, and if purchased as part of a package, it counts as one used session. There are no refunds for unused sessions.

Acknowledgment: I have read and understood the information on this form and agree to its terms. I authorize Beth Ann Kaib/Soul FLYT, LLC to provide the Spiritual Coaching session(s) I have purchased. I understand that my active participation is essential and that results depend on my own desire and commitment to bring about change. I understand that Beth Ann Kaib and Soul FLYT, LLC cannot guarantee any particular result, and will work within the general scope of Spiritual Coaching practice and competence to support me in reaching my goals. I have read and agree to the Fees and rescheduling terms above, including that payments are non-refundable and that unused sessions are not refunded.
