2. Application of Sound Frequencies
I use specific tuning forks, rattles, bowls, etc. around your body. These frequencies create sound waves that interact with your energy field, inviting your body to remember its natural state of balance.
In Person
During the first session, tuning forks are gently placed near the ears to attune your system to each sound and are then used around your energy centers. Crystals may be placed on energy centers for an extra boost.
Online
Ear buds are highly recommend for the best sound quality, energetic immersion, and to minimize background distractions during your healing experience.
